The Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage, a sacred practice, offers benefits that go beyond the relaxing and toning effects of a typical massage. With a pressure rating of 2-3/5, this massage can be performed on the body and face for either 55 minutes or 80 minutes. It enhances the circulation of bodily fluids and the functioning of the nervous system, while also addressing joints and muscle tone. Objectives:
By the end of the training, participants will be able to perform an Ayurvedic massage. They will understand the product and the treatment, the physiology of the body, and the theory, as well as all the practical aspects, while adhering to current hygiene standards.

- Oral evaluation during the training
- Practical evaluation to qualify, followed by an interview with the trainer to address any questions and validate certification
